Regional Software Sales Director - Automotive

We're looking for seasoned, strategic sales leaders—such as Regional Managers and Sales Executives—who understand the automotive world and are passionate about bringing innovation to dealerships, OEMs, and fleet operators. A successful applicant will have experience in a vendor space and a proven ability to sell into the automotive vertical (dealerships, automotive services, OEMs, or fleet management). Have you managed a book of business as a vendor? A pre-existing book of business is required for this role. Candidates should have an active client portfolio and the ability to generate sales from day one. We're looking for individuals who can scale and build a business, not just manage accounts. This is a six-figure opportunity for the right candidate who thrives in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities in the automotive sector.
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at dealerships, OEMs, fleet companies, and service centers.
  • Present and position our SaaS solutions as essential tools to improve operations and profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and provide feedback.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, fleet management, or auto services is a major plus.
  • Experience conducting virtual and in-person product demos.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with a proactive and data-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
