Recruiting Team Lead/Delivery Lead- US IT Staffing

About the job DS Technologies Inc is looking for an experienced Recruiting Team Lead / Delivery Lead to manage and drive an existing team of 10 recruiters working from India in night shifts to support US clients. This role will be responsible for delivery management, team productivity, sourcing strategy, screening quality, turnaround time, recruiter coaching, and submission performance across multiple client requirements. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on leader with strong experience in US IT Staffing, capable of managing team performance while also personally handling critical requirements. The person should be highly skilled in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, recruiter training, KPI management, and driving fast, quality submissions for active roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 recruiters supporting US staffing requirements.
  • Drive fast and quality candidate delivery, with first submissions within 4–8 hours for priority roles.
  • Allocate requirements, review recruiter pipelines, and ensure daily movement on all active roles.
  • Personally support niche, urgent, and high-priority openings through hands-on sourcing and screening.
  • Train recruiters on sourcing, screening, requirement understanding, shortlist quality, and candidate validation.
  • Monitor recruiter KPIs, submission quality, interview ratio, productivity, attendance, and ATS hygiene.
  • Conduct daily standups, end-of-shift reviews, and weekly performance reviews.
  • Partner with sales and account teams to understand client expectations and improve closure support.
  • Build delivery processes, standards, dashboards, and performance discipline across the team.
  • Coach underperformers, develop strong recruiters, and create a reliable delivery engine.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in US IT staffing/recruitment.
  • 3+ years in team lead/delivery lead/recruitment lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and candidate submissions.
  • Strong understanding of US IT technologies, tax terms, visa categories, and staffing process.
  • Excellent communication, team handling, reporting, and night-shift management skills.
