This is a full-time work from home role for an Airbnb/Short Term Rental Account Manager at Suite Spaces with unlimited earning potential. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing Airbnb and short-term rental listings, guest communications, bookings, and overall guest satisfaction. You will have an annual salary as well as limitless income potential based... on your booking revenue. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Short Term Rental Account Manager to lead our rental operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate a team of short term rental professionals. The Short Term Rental Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.   • Duties:**

- Oversee all aspects of our rental operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service. - Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Maintain updated inventory for all properties. - Build strong relationships with guests and develop new business opportunities. - Manage a team of rental professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback. - Conduct warm calling and lead generation to drive new business opportunities. - Communicate effectively with guests, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our properties and services. - Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, product knowledge, and timely follow-up.

  • Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a short term rentals or sales management role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive revenue growth. - Experience in marketing and business development is desirable. - A strong understanding of the vacation short term rental industry and current market trends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - A high level of energy and motivation, with a commitment to achieving goals and delivering results.
