About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for a wide range of healthcare positions. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, identify suitable candidates through various channels, and manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your schedule while contributing to the growth of our healthcare staffing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and regulations, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a related recruitment role
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry terminology, roles, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source potential candidates through online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process
  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to expand the talent pool
  • Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare regulations, and best practices in recruitment
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals
