Project Financial Coordinator (Project Coordinator – Financials)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Financial Coordinator to join an Enterprise Execution team. This role is critical in supporting enterprise-wide project and portfolio management by driving financial tracking, forecasting,and reporting efforts across complex, cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in project financial management, exceptional Excel skills, and a proven ability to coordinate project activities while delivering financial insights that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and track project financials, including: Forecasting Accruals Invoice coding Budget tracking and reconciliation Perform financial analysis and deliver reporting to stakeholders Support project planning, execution, and delivery through coordination activities Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and financial targets Maintain accurate financial data and documentation across multiple projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and transparency Identify opportunities to improve financial tracking and forecasting processes Experience working in a PMO or enterprise project environment Supporting portfolio or program-level financials Familiarity with financial systems or project management tools Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
