The K-5 ELA Curriculum Writer will write and adapt standards-aligned English Language Arts curriculum for grades K-5, creating engaging lesson plans and assessments to foster language and literacy development.

Responsibilities

• Write and adapt ELA curriculum and instructional materials (units, lesson plans, assessments, student materials)
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers
• Incorporate evidence-based best practices in ELA instruction
• Revise materials based on client feedback
• Support development of professional learning materials for teachers
• Apply knowledge of current trends in ELA education
• Integrate innovative strategies and tools to enhance learner engagement
