You will be trusted to build and maintain client relationships, understand event objectives, and ensure all deliverables align with both the client's vision and the company's standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate live events from pre-production through to post-event deliveryWork closely with clients to understand their goals, event scope, and production requirementsManage event timelines, budgets, schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth deliveryCoordinate with internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and technical crews throughout the production processOversee all aspects of live event production, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standardSupport event design and layout planning using Vectorworks or similar toolsManage client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and a solutions-focused approachTroubleshoot issues as they arise and remain adaptable in a fast-moving event environmentEnsure a seamless handover from planning stages through to onsite execution and post-show wrap-upKey Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience as a Production Manager within the corporate events or live events industryStrong understanding of end-to-end event production and live event executionExperience working on corporate meetings, conferences, brand events, or large-scale live productionsProficiency in Vectorworks or similar event design / production softwareStrong account management skills and experience working directly with clientsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working remotely while collaborating effectively with wider teamsA proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to perform well under pressu
