Job Description

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and providing accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns. Your fluency in both English and Spanish will enable you to communicate effectively with our customers, providing a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or on an auto-dialer, ensuring that each customer interaction is efficient, effective, and satisfactory

  • Take responsible party/patient calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations, offering patient assistance and support to resolve customer issues
  • Assist the patient by scheduling payment arrangements and providing clear instructions on next steps
  • Multi-task with the use of relative websites and our in-house system, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours, to meet the needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives

Training Schedule

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. You'll receive:

  • 1 week of intensive training, Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with 100% attendance mandatory
  • Ongoing coaching and support to ensure your success in the role

Work Shift

* 3 days: 9am to 5pm

  • 2 days: 12pm to 8pm

Benefits

* Competitive salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and late hours
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in using relative websites and in-house systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare or government accounts
  • Familiarity with payment processing and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
