The role of Product Specialist involves gathering product requirements, writing documentation, and organizing the team to ensure alignment, all while working closely with the product team.

Responsibilities

• Writing professional product documentation
• Writing product requirements
• Organizing and managing Jira and agile development processes
• Answering developer and customer questions about new features
• Investigating and troubleshooting bugs
• Planning product releases
• Conducting product walkthroughs, demos, and webinars
• Some travel may be required

Skills

• 0-2 years of product development experience
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• Strong critical reasoning
• Detailed organization
• Strong attention to detail
• An excellent GPA or proven success in an entry-level capacity
