Paralegal I
Yardi is a pioneering company in the property tech industry, dedicated to creating impactful real estate software products. They are seeking a Paralegal I to support in-house attorneys with litigation, manage contracts, and handle regulatory developments while ensuring organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Partner with in-house attorneys to support litigation, subpoenas, and discovery, ensuring all matters are handled in accordance with established processes and procedures
- Perform new matter factual investigations, calendar and update deadlines, coordinate legal holds, conduct factual research, and assist with data identification and assembly projects
- Monitor Westlaw alerts, industry and trade-group email alerts, and other external information services for regulatory developments impacting business operations
- Assist with processing external data security inquiries, non-disclosure agreement requests, certificate of insurance requests, and client and vendor contract review and management
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior relevant work experience as a corporate or law firm paralegal
- Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
- Research skills

- Current Notary Public appointment or willingness to obtain
- Basic contract review and analysis experience
- Advanced Microsoft® Office Suite, Office365, and SharePoint experience
- Advanced Adobe® Acrobat Pro experience
