Update applicants daily in the applicant in tracking system Assists Department Managers and Administrator with employee retention planning Complete employment process for new hires E.g. I-9, tax forms, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling Schedule and assists with new hire orientation Transfer data from reputed company to PBJ Maintain up-to-date files for employment documents Minimum Associates Degree with 5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager reputed company, or Minimum Bachelor in HR or BSA with concentration in Human Resources Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long term care setting We are a provider of skilled nursing, subacute, rehabilitative, and assisted living services dedicated to achieving the highest standards of care.
