Key Responsibilities

Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and accurate support. Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. Contribute to the design and execution of employee engagement and retention programs. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist reputed company. Demonstrated understanding of core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company HR concepts clearly. Proficiency with HRIS software and standard office productivity tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
