Traditional hours are 8-4:30 but are flexible. Staff can create their own schedule. Business cell phone and computer- Yes Evaluations - Evaluations occur every September for the year. All employees have monthly 1:1s with their supervisor to consistently evaluate performance. In Sept the evaluation is a monthly 1:1 but encompassing the whole year.
