- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers, and ensuring that they are satisfied with their experience.
- Processing forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Updating customer information in our database, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends, and contributing to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Bilingual skills are not required but are a plus, and 1-2 years of customer support or sales experience or a relevant role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations, and to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases, and a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
