About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Hitch Service Technician. As a key member of our moving and storage center team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, utilizing your superior technical knowledge and expertise. • Understand and explain U-Haul's range of towing applications to customers
• Endorse and install the correct tow package on customer vehicles
• Provide excellent customer service and support to U-Haul customers
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul College
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
