Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat. Your specific duties will include:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Communicating clear and accurate information to customers, both verbally and in writing
• Updating and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
