Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you'll be empowered to make decisions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide product and service information to customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and solution-focused way
  • Collaborate with our team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Bilingual language skills a plus, depending on location
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain necessary security clearances
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Working knowledge of Sabre or other travel management systems
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
