As a Delivery Station Liaison, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a real difference in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Delivery Station Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to resolve issues and provide support
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a seamless experience
  • Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, both verbally and in writing
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome
  • Making quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer
  • Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule

A Day in the Life

You'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where Amazon's leading logistics system operates. As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers when they need guidance. You'll be the go-to person for resolving delivery issues, rescheduling packages, and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

  • Previous experience in Customer Service (no experience needed, as we offer full training)
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
  • Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiarity with multiple web browsers, data base searching, and instant messenger tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-related experience

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
  • Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

careerzynith offers a competitive salary, ranging from $34,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $62,400/year in our highest geographic market. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
