Key Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and determine patient needs and appropriateness of care
• Manage a patient caseload through our digital platform while maintaining consistent patient communication
• Support positive clinical outcomes through patient engagement and evidence-based care
• Deliver virtual physical therapy services for patients with lymphatic disorders
• Complete documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and clinical records in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality and continuity of care
• Develop and modify treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessment
• Participate in required training and continuing education initiatives

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing
• 1–2 years of clinical experience treating patients with lymphatic disorders preferred
• Experience or interest in Digital Health / telehealth preferred
• Strong technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple platforms
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards of care
