Job Summary

As a Credit Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in maintaining sound customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. You will be responsible for providing timely responses to customer inquiries, processing credits on behalf of customers, and ensuring that all customer needs are met. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and process requests in a timely and professional manner, according to established standards

  • Use excellent communication and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Process credits on behalf of customers, adhering to current credit policy
  • Perform necessary record-keeping activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information
  • Use company systems to complete required follow-up and/or corrections on accounts
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Supervisor to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
