As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist CVS Health members with their pharmacy benefits and help them navigate their healthcare needs, all from the comfort of your own home. You'll be part of a dynamic, customer-focused team, committed to providing accurate information, solving problems, and enhancing the healthcare experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer inquiries related to prescription services, pharmacy benefits, and general healthcare assistance.
