As a Claim Advisor Auto, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and efficient claims handling for our valued policyholders. Provide outstanding customer service to policyholders by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Handle auto insurance claims efficiently and accurately, following company policies and procedures. Utilize knowledge of the automotive industry and insurance policies to accurately assess and evaluate claims. Communicate with policyholders, adjusters, and other parties involved in the claim process to provide updates and gather necessary information. Investigate and gather evidence to support claim decisions, including reviewing police reports, witness statements, and other relevant documents. Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and related activities in company systems. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex claims and ensure a positive customer experience. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and informed guidance to policyholders. Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate to appropriate parties for further investigation. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements and company ethical standards. Continuously assess and improve claim handling processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, both internally and externally.
