Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Industry: Cross-Border Payments | Fintech | Banking Infrastructure Role Overview We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives / Sales Executives professionals to drive expansion across key global markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new relationships with banks, fintech companies, payment providers, and enterprise clients, while also expanding existing strategic accounts. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role that requires the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments, engage senior stakeholders, and position sophisticated financial infrastructure solutions in a clear and compelling way. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through to closing and supporting early-stage client success in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities across your assigned region, building a strong and sustainable pipeline of enterprise clients. A key part of your role will involve engaging with senior decision-makers within financial institutions and leading consultative discussions that translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value. You will develop and execute territory strategies, manage multiple concurrent enterprise opportunities, and drive deals through long and structured sales cycles. In addition, you will collaborate closely with internal product, implementation, and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partnership success. You will also represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner meetings, staying closely aligned with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the fintech and payments space. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently deliver against ambitious growth and revenue targets. What We Are Looking For We are looking for professionals, experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, ideally within fintech, payments, banking technology, or related financial services sectors. You should have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals. A strong understanding of financial infrastructure, cross-border payments, or banking systems is highly desirable, along with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives in regulated industries. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and demonstrate both independence and strong collaboration skills. Experience across international markets is important, particularly in regions such as Latin America, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the United States. Existing networks within financial institutions or fintech ecosystems will be considered a strong advantage.
