Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Fresno, CA (Hybrid role) - Potential for Telehealth Caseload Company: FantAutistic Skills Training Full or Part Time Available About Us: We are FantAutistic Skills Training (FAST)! We use the most effective and quality based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) implemented through compassionate, trauma-informed ABA strategies utilizing the Hanley Method of keeping each client happy, relaxed, and engaged (HRE). We ensure that all the behavioral professionals do not use any restrictive procedures, harsh punishment techniques, and primarily utilize reinforcement strategies. Position Overview: As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at FantAutistic Skills Training, you will lead the development and implementation of personalized behavior intervention plans for clients, conducting assessments and collaborating with families and support staff. This position involves weekly commutes to the Lemoore area, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide training and support to staff and families on behavior management strategies.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
