Job Summary As our Apparel E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving online sales, scaling our apparel brand, and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. You will have a deep understanding of the apparel industry, e-commerce optimization, digital marketing, customer engagement, and data-driven growth. Your goal will be to increase revenue, build a loyal customer base, and develop a strong brand following.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth, including optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and improving the overall shopping experience.
  • Manage and improve our online store, including product catalog management, content creation, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
  • Run targeted digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising, to reach new customers and drive sales.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven strategies to increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand following by creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and fostering a sense of community around our apparel line.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Essential Qualifications

  • Apparel industry experience with a proven track record of growing online apparel sales and understanding the unique challenges of fashion e-commerce.
  • E-commerce optimization expertise with experience managing and improving online stores, optimizing listings, and creating a seamless shopping experience.
  • Digital marketing skills with experience running targeted ads, email campaigns, and social media promotions specifically for clothing brands.
  • Customer engagement expertise with a deep understanding of how to build a brand following, increase repeat customers, and create a community around an apparel line.
  • Data-driven growth mindset with the ability to track sales trends, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento, and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest styles and technologies.
