Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with personalized solutions and ongoing support
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Engage in B2B sales strategies, presenting tailored technology solutions that align with client objectives
• Negotiate terms and close deals confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development within a technology or software environment
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing B2B sales deals
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
• Experience in technical sales or technology-driven industries is highly desirable
• Ability to perform outbound calling effectively while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
