Accounts Receivable Assistant - Guadalajara, Mexico Job Title: Accounts Receivable Assistant - Department: Accounting Report To: AR Manager Work mode: Full remote - Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: 0-20% - Work Site Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductors products. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable in Guadalajara, Mexico. The incumbent will perform a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the accounting department.

What You Will Do

Responsibility - Work tasks and content:

• Ensures timely and accurate processing of incoming payments; receives, verifies, and posts accounts receivable invoices into accounting system.
• Interacts with Customer Sales Representative when processing a resolution of account discrepancies.
• Process ModelN creation and update requests.
• Checks, validates and processes Ship and Debit claims and reclaims.
• Process credit requests, reclaims, invoice extensions, inventory adjustment errors as requested.
• Verifies budget monitoring, reclaims for customer accounts, inventory adjustment errors.
• Monitors past dues for reporting to AR insurance.
• Maintains accounting department files and records.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing.
• Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What You Will Bring Education Background/ Major: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience (Must): Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AR, GL or partial / full sets Knowledge (Must): OPERATING SOFTWARE USED: SAP HANA, SAP CONCUR Abilities/Qualities:

• 10-key by touch.
• Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Proficient and knowledge of word processing software and spreadsheet software.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
