This is a 100% work-from-home, 1099 contractor position. There is NO cold calling. Every person you speak with has already contacted us looking for a home inspection. The phone rings, you answer it, explain our services, build value, and close the sale. We currently receive approximately 2,015 inbound calls every month and only book around 300 inspections. We know there is tremendous opportunity for improvement, and we're looking for someone who can capitalize on it. Pay is $15 per inspection booked. The more inspections you book, the more money you make. There is no cap on earnings. Many of our callers are simply shopping around for prices. In most cases, our competitors are only $50 or so less than we are. The difference is that we provide significantly more value, more services, and a much better inspection experience. The sale is actually very straightforward if you know how to communicate value and overcome objections. DO NOT APPLY if your sales strategy is simply giving a price and hoping the customer books.
