Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate clinician schedules on a weekly basis, ensuring optimal productivity and patient coverage. Enter patient data into our database, tracking frequency and duration of visits to ensure seamless care continuity. Collaborate with clinicians to determine the most appropriate care providers for patient visits, leveraging skills and availability. Communicate effectively with patients, providing them with visit schedules and addressing any concerns they may have. Track lab results and ensure timely dissemination to clinicians, physicians, and other relevant parties. Coordinate with staff regarding new patient assignments, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
