About the Job As a Senior Web Developer, you’ll own the technical development and performance optimization of high-impact websites that directly influence traffic, lead generation, and admissions growth. You’ll act as the technical backbone of our Web & SEO delivery, ensuring our WordPress builds are fast, stable, scalable, and aligned with conversion and tracking best practices. You’ll collaborate closely with SEO Strategists, Paid Media teams, Designers, Tracking Specialists, PMs, and CSMs to ensure every website we launch performs at the highest technical standard. This is not a “task-based” dev role. This is a performance-driven ownership role. What You’ll Do Website Development & Architecture Build and optimize full WordPress websites from scratch Architect scalable layout systems using semantic HTML, Flexbox, and CSS Grid Develop responsive, conversion-focused page structures across multiple breakpoints Customize and stabilize advanced Elementor builds Implement clean, maintainable frontend code aligned with long-term scalability Performance Optimization & Technical SEO Optimize sites for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) Improve site speed, stability, and accessibility Support schema implementation and technical SEO best practices Identify and resolve technical issues before they reach QA or client review Continuously audit and improve performance benchmarks Backend, Integrations & Infrastructure Perform PHP-level modifications to improve site performance and plugin behavior Manage plugin customization, compatibility, and troubleshooting Execute API integrations within WordPress workflows Handle hosting environments, staging setups, and full-site migrations (including DNS management) Troubleshoot server-level and environment-related issues Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment Collaborate daily with SEO, PPC, Web Design, and Client Success teams Ensure tracking scripts, forms, and CRM integrations function flawlessly Maintain clean task documentation and workflow alignment inside ClickUp Provide technical guidance and QA review when needed Balance delivery speed with technical excellence and long-term maintainability What You Bring 5–8+ years of web development experience (agency or performance-driven environment preferred) Deep expertise in WordPress development and Elementor customization Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS 5, Next.js, Gift-hub and JavaScript Strong understanding of asynchronous JavaScript and DOM manipulation Experience optimizing websites for Core Web Vitals and technical SEO standards Familiarity with hosting environments, DNS management, and website migrations Strong debugging skills and ability to solve complex technical issues independently Proficiency with ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, and collaborative workflows Clear English communication skills (verbal and written) Calm under pressure, structured in execution, and obsessed with performance Why Work With Us Mission with Meaning: Your work directly helps behavioral health facilities grow — and helps more people access life-saving care.
