As a Water CAD Technician in St Louis, Missouri, you will provide support on critical projects by performing CAD designs and project coordination in water and wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform computer aided drafting and basic design of water/wastewater projects
• Produce drawings, create layouts, sketches, and 2D/3D modeling if applicable
• Prepare drawings and sketches using CAD workstations, appropriate design criteria, and technical manuals
• Work closely with engineers to coordinate designs

Skills

• Experience with using Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, REVIT and/or Bentley 3D platforms
• Experience with water and wastewater systems design drawings
• Familiarity with CAD standards
• A technical background in drafting design and experience using CAD software
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment and individually
• Deadline-oriented mindset
• Experience in process mechanical design
• Experience on Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District projects
