We’re hiring a VP of Data Engineering & Analytics for a full time fully remote role based in the U.S. at a fast-growing iGaming company operating across online casino and sportsbook products. This company is scaling rapidly in a competitive, data-driven market and is investing heavily in modern data infrastructure, leveraging technologies like Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt, Python, and AWS to power real-time insights and player analytics. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true player coach leadership role where you’ll own the entire data function end-to-end while still staying deeply hands on. Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL and Python
• Experience building and scaling data pipelines and data warehouses
• Background in iGaming, gaming, fintech, or high-volume consumer platforms
• Deep understanding of KPIs such as LTV, CAC, retention, and churn
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools
• Familiarity with real-time data streaming (Kafka or similar)
• Fraud detection or risk analytics experience
• Prior experience leading small, high-impact teams
