Requirements:

• 15+ years of business leadership in ecommerce
• 8+ years of people leadership guiding senior teams
• proven track record of strategic portfolio governance
• exceptional cross-functional influence
• comprehensive understanding of e-commerce ecosystems
• demonstrated aptitude for workflow innovation
• solid foundational understanding of data analytics
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or an equivalent advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field
• working knowledge of localized supply chain logistics and manufacturing workflows
