This is a remote, temporary assignment lasting approximately two months, concluding in early July. • Webinar Management Execute and support over 30 scheduled virtual events leading up to the June convention, typically occurring between 100 PM and 600 PM ET.
• Technical Facilitation Manage Zoom Webinar functions, including sharing screens, monitoring waiting rooms, and dropping pertinent links into the chat for attendees.
• Speaker Support Host 30-minute rehearsal and prep sessions with speakers to ensure technology is functioning and best practices are understood.
• Post-Event Administration Perform basic video editing within the Zoom platform to trim recordings (e.g., removing awkward pauses) and export/format attendance reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Customer Service & Troubleshooting Provide "back-of-house" support with patience and grace, assisting an older demographic of attendees with light tech troubleshooting like password recovery or view settings.
• Convention Support Provide dedicated virtual assistance during the convention dates of June 25th (evening kickoff) through June 28th.
• Internal Communication Utilize Microsoft Teams for regular check-ins and internal coordination with the project management team. Skills
