About the Position As a Remote Vietnamese Interpreter, you will provide accurate and efficient interpretation in various settings, facilitating effective communication between English and Vietnamese speakers. Key Responsibilities: Provide over-the-phone and video consecutive interpretation in medical, legal, and social service environments. Accurately convey messages while maintaining professional neutrality and confidentiality. Research terminology to ensure a thorough understanding of specialized fields. Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to bridge gaps between diverse backgrounds. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual Excellence: Native-level or near-native fluency in both Vietnamese and English (C1/C2 level). Professionalism: Ability to handle high-pressure or sensitive situations with grace. Core Skills: Outstanding listening, retention, and note-taking abilities. Experience: Previous interpretation experience is preferred, but we welcome all highly skilled candidates!
