We’re looking for a Contract Video Editor who brings premium creative instincts and a performance marketer’s brain to every frame. You’ll be a core creative partner on our paid social efforts, producing scroll-stopping content for a DTC audience and obsessing over what actually works, and what doesn’t. This is a 3-month contract position for 20 hours per week. The contract may be extended based on business needs. As a Video Editor at Maven, you will: Edit and produce paid social video ads optimized for performance across Meta, IG, and beyond Build and test from a metrics-first mindset: CTR, CVR, hook rate, hold rate, and thumb-stop rate Stay alert to what’s performing across the competitive landscape while protecting Maven’s distinctive voice and positioning Move fast: test, analyze, pivot, repeat Collaborate closely with our performance and creative strategy teams to translate insights into better creative We’re looking for: A portfolio that shows both aesthetic range and performance results Fluency in DTC creative strategy and ecommerce — you understand that beautiful and effective aren’t mutually exclusive Genuine excitement about building in an early-stage, 0-to-1 environment Someone who welcomes feedback, thrives on moving targets, and doesn’t miss deadlines Experience in women’s lifestyle or wellness content is a strong plus 20 hours/week availability Bonus: experience in static design Bonus: Availability to start within 2 weeks If you’re a data-driven creative who wants to make meaningful work in women’s health, we hope you’ll apply.
