Position Overview: We seek a talented and experienced UX Designer who can enhance our existing design... to create a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate knows how to make web applications and will have a strong background in UX design, a good understanding of human-computer interaction, and the ability to produce high-quality work quickly using tools like Figma. Experience in coding (but not purely HTML/CSS) is REQUIRED. Key Responsibilities: We have built something and is functional, can you make it better? Improve and refine the current functional designs to enhance user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to implement design improvements. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Provide input on website design and coding to ensure cohesive user experiences. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design. Requirements: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design and human experience interaction. Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma. Ability to produce high-quality designs quickly and efficiently. Experience in web application design and some coding knowledge. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proactive and self-driven approach to work. Project's Tech Stack: Front-End: JavaScript, CSS (Tailwind), Astro framework. Back-End: Node.js, Python, OpenAI. Databases: Relational and vector databases, Postgres, drizzle-ORM.
