We are looking for a UX Designer to support the evolution of the platform and related cross-business digital initiatives. The role focuses on creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design system components while collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams. Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed UI designs for key components on the platform
• Design solutions for cross-business unit initiatives, platform enhancements, and marketing page revamps
• Take ownership of final prototypes and design documentation across multiple project phases
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to align design output with business goals and project scope
• Contribute to design strategy discussions and help align design approaches across multiple platforms
• Design, document, and maintain reusable components and patterns within the Design System
• Support design and development teams across various business units
• Work closely with developers to ensure components are implemented as intended and follow accessibility standards
• Contribute to design system governance, including reviews, versioning, and adoption processes
• Participate in research, usability testing, and design validation activities

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design for enterprise or large-scale digital platforms
• Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Experience working with Design Systems and reusable component libraries
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional product teams
• Ability to manage multiple design streams and stakeholder expectations
• Experience with design governance, documentation, and component versioning
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with modern design tools such as Figma
• English proficiency required
