• Work from anywhere – up to 12 weeks per year abroad About the role You'll be reporting for Insurance Business America, a trusted and agenda-setting title read by senior decision-makers across the country. This is a highly interview-driven role, where you'll
• Produce daily news and features on the US insurance market
• Conduct regular interviews with C-suite executives and industry leaders
• Break original stories and deliver insightful analysis
• Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across the insurance sector
• Represent the brand at conferences, awards, and industry events You'll be part of a global newsroom that blends traditional reporting with modern tools—including the smart use of AI for research, idea generation, and workflow efficiency, while keeping editorial judgment firmly in human hands. What we're looking for
• Experience in journalism (insurance or business reporting is a plus)
• Strong interviewing skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
• A proactive approach—comfortable chasing contacts and uncovering stories
• Excellent writing, news sense, and deadline discipline
• Interest in using AI as a reporting tool to enhance your work
• Collaborative, curious, and ambitious mindset
