This role involves opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education, while also building strong relationships and recommending solutions to save members time and money.

Responsibilities

• Helping members with everyday banking needs—such as opening accounts, handling transactions, and providing financial education—either in person or virtually
• Building strong relationships and acting as trusted advisors
• Recommending solutions that save members time and money

Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year financial institution experience or three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required
