Responsibilities: The entire PL KPlinterface revamp initiative will focus on improving usability of the existing APG PL KPis, aligning functionality with end-user roles, and delivering a mobile-friendly and responsive interface for both desktop and mobile visualizations Objectives: Improving overall application usability and accessibility to necessary dashboards Aligning user interface and workflows to clearly defined end-user roles-allowing for an almost wizard like feel for most end users to get their OPS Review dashboards and visualizations Enhancing navigation and reducing friction in key end-user workflows; requirements are end-user dependent and will require different levels of entitlements/access from execution level employees to ELT. Deliver responsive, mobile-friendly experiences across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) Increase user satisfaction, productivity, and adoption of our dashboards.
