We need a reliable editor to chop up the raw footage into short-form video ads for TikTok, Reels, and Meta. Fully remote, part-time contract. We send you the briefs and footage, you edit. What you'll do:

• Edit raw creator footage into fast, engaging vertical-first videos.
• Make 3 different hook variations for each video so we can test them.
• Add clean captions, native fonts, and basic sound design.
• Make quick custom thumbnails for the ads.
• No AI: We don't use AI voices or avatars. Keep it human.

What we need:

• A portfolio of short-form vertical videos or UGC ads you've edited.
• You know how to make a video interesting in the first 3 seconds.
• Proficiency in Premiere, CapCut, or whatever software you use to work fast.
• You can hit deadlines without being chased down.
• You are ideally USA-based and speak fluent English
