Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into our company databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.
• Review and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Meet daily, weekly, or monthly data entry targets as assigned.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on company procedures and data entry best practices.
• Provide regular progress reports to supervisors. Required Skills and Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
• Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of data entry principles and practices. Experience
