About the Role

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Travel Consultants. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to design, book, and manage travel experiences that match their unique preferences. Whether it's a family vacation, a business trip, or a luxury getaway, you'll ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, budgets, and preferences
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel options
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
• Provide ongoing support and solutions for clients before, during, and after travel
• Stay informed on travel policies, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for travel and helping others create meaningful experiences
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous customer service, sales, or travel experience is a plus (not required)
