Training Design Specialist (English/Spanish Bilingual)

About the Role

As a Training Design Specialist, you will develop and maintain digital learning content within Dayforce’s MyPath platform. You will create engaging training experiences that help users learn while working, supporting both internal and external customers in English and Spanish. Shift Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) Philippine Time. This is a remote role supporting North American business hours. What You’ll Get to Do: Design, develop, and maintain standardized training content across Dayforce modules. Modernize and transform existing training materials into scalable and reusable learning assets. Create software simulations, instructional videos, and process documentation using AI-powered tools and technologies. Collaborate with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates. Support customer content deployment, manage MyPath requests, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Skills and experience we value Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate or similar authoring tools. Ability to simplify complex software concepts into clear, user-friendly training experiences. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Interest in AI technologies and willingness to leverage AI tools to improve content development and efficiency. Skills and Experience We Value Experience delivering software or systems-based training. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar content-generation technologies. Experience working in multilingual or global learning environments. Familiarity with Dayforce or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
