Requirements

• Active California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD
• Associates actively working toward independent licensure may also apply
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based practices
• Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
• Availability for a minimum of 20 client hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed in multiple states (in addition to CA)
• Multilingual (Spanish in high demand)
• Telehealth experience

Compensation

Compensation is based on expertise, years of experience, and licensure status. Rates for fully licensed providers differ from those for associates.
