Take acknowledgements and verifications on oaths or affirmations. Witness or attest signatures. Certify or attest copies. Note protests of negotiable instruments. Arrange or book signings. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- MUST be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
- Notary Public certification. A Notary record book and Notary Ink stamp (rectangular) are required.
- Experience in notarizing loan documents.
- Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.
