Ensures functional parity between legacy and migrated code through regression, integration, and user-acceptance testing. Leads data migration, reconciliation, and performance testing to validate data integrity, stability, and SLA readiness. Manages test execution, defect triage, metrics, and reporting across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
