Territory Sales Manager - MI Windows and Doors (Part of MITER Brands) Compensation & Benefits Anticipated first-year total compensation: $120,000–$125,000 Upside earning potential: $150,000+ Base salary plus commission Car allowance Comprehensive benefits package Territory Coverage: New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and the Boston metro area This is an exciting opportunity to continue your sales career with one of the largest window and door manufacturers in the United States. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of MITER Brands products through our dealer and distributor channels while growing revenue and margin. You will serve as a trusted partner to dealers, architects, and home builders by providing product expertise, business counsel, and marketing support.

About the Role

MITER Brands, a national leader in windows and doors, is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across a high-priority New England market. This role is well-suited for a competitive sales professional who thrives in an autonomous, relationship-driven environment and wants to make a measurable impact. What You’ll Do Drive sales growth and expand market share across the assigned territory Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, builders, remodelers, and distributors Provide consultative sales support, including product education, marketing guidance, and business insights Represent MITER Brands at dealer locations, lumber yards, and distribution partners Deliver exceptional customer service and support, including post-sale follow-up Travel overnight within the territory as needed What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of outside sales experience (building products preferred) Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Ability to manage a multi-state territory independently Willingness to travel overnight within the assigned region Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
