This role serves as a central liaison between leadership and implementation sites, ensuring project objectives are achieved through rigorous tracking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven improvements. Project Oversight & Implementation: Supports execution, including site readiness, logistics, and infrastructure development. Stakeholder Coordination: Manages communication between sites and the project team, providing cross-functional leadership to resolve bottlenecks. Financial & Data Management: Manages and tracks project budgets, performance analytics, and dashboards to drive clinical outcomes. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred. What additional preferences we're seeking Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management. Ability to interpret data dashboards and translate them into actionable feedback.
